Floorp is to Firefox, what Vivaldi is to Chrome. You can customize its layout, add vertical tabs, move navigation bar without complicated steps & configure options directly in settings which are usually hidden behind about:config in Firefox

Trying it out right now, seems really solid. Took a while to get all my extensions ported over with all my settings. Wish Firefox sync could sync that stuff too. I love the side tabs, with tabscroller extension it’s a blast. Gonna try as my main browser for a while

I’m glad you like it. I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and I thought it was pretty solid too. I can have Firefox just the way I like it.

ya, firefox really needed a customizable fork. I like my tabs on the sidebar and all the extensions didn’t make the experience feel native.

Hopefully this project brings more people to Firefox.

    I’ve been happily using LibreWolf,
a privacy minded fork of FireFox
    for quite some time now.

    What does Floorp have,
    which LibreWolf doesn’t have?

LibreWolf is a privacy hardened fork. Floorp does remove some annoyances like pocket and telemetry, but probably not strict as LibreWolf. It adds to firefox in the customization section with native vertical tabs, sidebars, moving the navigation bar to the bottom, etc.

I used LibreWolf a long time ago, so probably not up-to-date on it, though.
