US involvement with Ukraine is what is destroying Ukraine. John Mearsheimer predicted the US will get Ukraine wrecked in 2014 in a viral video that is on YouTube. The Russians don’t care for Ukraine if they are neutral. The problem was a border dispute involving Crimea, and Sevastopol, which the Russians were diplomatic about. Ukrainians followed the American lead, and now they got themselves in trouble. The hardliners don’t care as long as they harm Russians.

The russians started a war to literally seize land, not to demilitarize Ukraine. And that after Ukraine giving up nukes and not being part of NATO or EU.
