No seriously, this deeply politicized me back then and I’m to this day voting for the one party that wanted a debt cut for Greece. All I can say is I’m sorry for my country.
The only problem i have about the Greece help is that they paid it back with dirty China money.
Can someone more experienced than me make an educated guess if the average English-speaking person knows what „Deutsche” means? Are the foreign language adjectives common knowledge?
