I "can't see" Questions/Advice/Support
I have read about clutter blindness and not being able to see what you are searching for, but sometimes I try to look at what I'm trying to concentrate in (like a text for an assigment) and my mind kind of refuses to process it. I'm looking but reading itself is a huge effort whithout even processing the info, and when I know it I'm opening a new tab for something that has nothing to do with it.
Does this happen to you?
Edit: when I'm trying to study and I feel this a lot I read the text to someone as if I'm explaining it to them or color code the info. I hope these tips help someone!

This problem is worst for me at the grocery store. I used to cook a little bit growing up, but I'm so overwhelmed when shopping now that I just buy the basics and even half of that goes bad.
