Grow lights for 75 gallon? Help/Advice

Just got a 75, upgrading from my 29 gallon. Wanting to do everything right but I'm struggling to find information on a good light to get through the 21" of water. What do you guys use? I'm not looking for deep reds, but would preferably like some areas of my tank carpeted. I was thinking about getting a couple spotlight style lights and then just running an LED hood (which I dont have any info on so if plants grow under it great lol) Thanks in advance for any help/advice

Edit: I have a plant list now. Will be wanting to plant. I will add CO2 at some point but want to make sure I have a decent light first

  • Ludwigia Repens
  • Cryptocoryne Wendtii
  • Staurogyne Repens
  • Hygrophila Polysperma "Sunset"
  • Vallisneria
  • Bacopa Caroliniana (still a maybe)
  • Java Fern
  • Hygrophila Angustifolia (Willow Hygro)
  • Dwarf Sagittaria Subulata
  • Hygropholia
  • Stargrass

Thanks for your time and help. I also have a LED hood that came with the tank, with absolutely no information about it that I may run as well at night because it has some nice blue lighting. I'll be getting smart dimmer/timers for those lights to make them ramp up and down so it doesnt shock the fish with violent changes. Again thanks for your help
