Is there a sense of rivalry between NYC and Chicago?

I always knew the two had their little pizza feud but I recently realized that residents of both cities “claim” to have the best hotdogs and the tallest building in the US.

So that had me wondering, is there a rivalry between the two cities? And do any other US cities have some sort of rivalries against each other?
