Pedro mentions his family is visiting for Thanksgiving. Everyone brings their kids, boyfriends, girlfriends, pets, and one or two even bring their best friends along for the trip. Then a massive snowstorm hits back home that postpones their flights.
Every few days, Pedro casually brings up that another relative decided to stay until New Year's. The college-aged kids and their gfs/bfs/bffs stay even longer because their semester doesn't start until late January. A couple cousins start talking about opening a restaurant or food truck business in the area. An elderly uncle wants to open a fruit orchard in rural Virginia. Pedro is excited to read his niece's thesis on drug and alternative therapies for opioid addiction, once it's finished. He's worried about his aunt's cancer diagnosis and if she can continue her chemotherapy while away from home.

Show some respect, that man/woman/alien is incredibly efficient/talented/known in his respective field of medicine/leadership/gardening.
Watch Trump panic and act like he knows exactly who that is, and at each interaction change his profession and CV a bit.
