People who wear their masks below their nose. Yes, the mask mandate is off here in Newfoundland, but if you're going to do that, why not just take off the mask entirely!
I find it very weird when it happens around, but I guess between wearing it with 👃 out and not wearing it at all, you would still reduce to some point the outgoing from coughing, speaking etc.
