Exactly! All service people. They don’t deserve it.
I have ended a friendship over the way my friend talked to waiters/store workers. She would complain constantly, send food back over something minor, and then short them on the tip. Just generally was rude and condescending. It was mortifying going anywhere with her. In the end, I couldn’t justify continuing to be her friend if she couldn’t act decent to ALL people regardless of their job. It was a great decision, I don’t miss her toxicity.
