All waffles are great I have not had a bad experience with waffles yet. I killed my fancy waffle maker and am trying to get up the desire to get a new one but they are so expensive for the Flippy ones.

Homemade is the way, we add sugar beads to them for desert waffles.

Ya but it is a pain as it is a very thick "batter" and you have to let it rise so it is one you plan for and not a spur of the moment kind of thing. It's great with biscoff, homemade whipped cream and bananas and or raspberries.

So this guy mentions the place where we first tried these and I guess they have expanded to other states like Arizona but they started here in Utah. Here is the recipe, I think we usually put less sugar pearls in then the recipe calls for.
