I used to not like spicy food. At all. Wasn't able to handle the heat.
For my 23rd birthday my husband and I went to Louisiana to visit my dad. Never been before but it was a great time. His native Louisiana girlfriend made us some boudin. It was SO spicy, but so freaking amazing that I loved it
And now any spicy food reminds me of boudin so.....I just love it lol
