History/Culture King Abgar Ukkāmā was Assyrian. Why do Armenians and Arabs believe King Abgar Ukkāmā belongs to them? I’m utterly fascinated by this claim. He ruled the Kingdom of Osroene with its capital of Urhoy (Edessa). Some haven’t read the Doctrines of Addai, Mar Mari & the acts of Sharbil.
