How do you reduce the anxiety re Covid for a child? Support Requested

As per the Q...

With diabetes, cancer, cuts, colds and the flu its kinda easy to easy the anxiety as its visible and I guess there's not really stories like "Man dies from the cold or flu".

How do you reduce the anxiety regarding covid in a child? Like they might be trying watch cartoon shows or the olympics and then something like this comes up...

Something like the above is going to pop up more than once during a TV show or whatever.

Some thoughts and questions that they have are:

- Masks don't stop covid fully omg. Is it safe to go outside at all?

- Covid is this scary thing that can kill you and it's invisible. Does that mean it's everywhere and it'll get me?

- Will you (referring to myself) get covid and die, while at work?

- How long will life be like this?

This! It’s really not that hard to control what your children see. Especially young children.
