Looking for Crypto Friendly Bank

I know bank accounts are protected by the FDIC for up to 250K. It's hard to believe that's no longer going to be enough. I am in need of more because of crypto gains. I'm not used to having this kind of money. How do rich people get protection for their money? I really don't know. I'm used to a simple checking and savings and a modest investment account at a well-known brokerage.

Also, I do a lot of transfers between my bank account and the crypto exchanges, and my bank's customer service doesn't seem to like that. What's a good bank to use for this purpose?

Same, sometimes a withdrawal from coinbase to my ally account takes less than 24 hours to post too.
