Tax question: If I buy crypto, hodl for years, and then sell, will the tax reports I get at year's end show my original purchase date? TRADING

While I tend to agree this would probably work especially with cold storage fucking around with the IRS vs paying the few dollars you owe in taxes definitely not worth it
