Current EAD and DACA Expires In 6 weeks. General Qs
Between the craziness of buying a home and married life I neglected my daca renewal and now I have until mid September to renew, is there anything I can do to meet that timeline or even a couple weeks within it. As I stated I just got into debt with this new home and depend on work to pay this new responsibility, any help helps. I also read the closer it is to expiring the sooner it gets processed doesn’t really make sense but then again what does with uscis.

Honestly you’ll just have to send in your renewal and hope lucks on your side. I sent mine in and got my new card within a month. Others have not been so lucky. Also your employer may allow you to continue to work with just an approval letter.
