The reconciliation bill is the one that concerns us. However its survival depends on the main infrastructure bill passing which they’ve already announced they have the votes to accomplish. Afterwards will come the aforementioned reconciliation bill. If the parliamentarian give the green light for immigration to be included all we need is for all the Democrats to vote yes for the bill and then… then my friend our days of worrying are over.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Democrats can overrule the parliamentarian right?

The Vice President can, the parliamentarian is only an advisor after all, but I don’t believe Kamala will.
