Don't get me wrong. I think the way he reacted was great. But if the knifeman was a young crazed PCP addict and the cop was smaller I doubt he'd have gone that route. Nor should he have. And most of those I see threatening cops with knives more resemble the addict type than this crying old man.

I think ur missing the point, obviously he could do that but they’re saying it was better the way he did I, which it was because nobody was hurt
