This is a cute little lady. Calico happens in females 99.5% of the time which is basically exclusively

I thought that looked calico. Forgot about that detail. Used to have one we named Landy because she was found in a landfill. Cat was insane. Like, run into walls crazy. Vet couldn't find any issues, just the way she was. I did watch her do a backflip once. I had a shoestring on a fishing pole and was making figure 8 patterns and she jumped at just the right moment. This all seems made up, but I promise 100% true.

Calico fur can only happen in male cats due to a genetic mutation, which often leaves the boy cats also sterile. As such male calicos are incredibly rare.
