What ruins Amazon work for you?

Personally I think the work itself is fine, but TOT and MET drive me nuts and adds a lot more stress on what would be a rather decent job. What makes work more difficult/stressful for you? Labor tracking, hours, etc.?

Edit: I currently work in ICQA, but if I was still in Stow I'd have a LOT more to say about it. Takt time, long hours without sitting and horrendous management were my biggest problems there.

The monotony.

I wish they wouldn't have me doing the same thing almost everyday and that we could listen to music. I understand why we can't, but the time would fly by if I could throw on a podcast or some tunes.

Music- Some sites have bone conducting headphones since at least last year iirc. You could try bringing this up to your site leadership team to see if yours can also acquire approval to wear bone conducting headphones.

Doing the same repeated task- if you haven’t already then you can talk to your AM about switching things up.

Just my two cents.
