Probably the Cut is expensive if it is the same as this in terms of weight,color and clarity because if someone bought rough they most likely will cut it for a ring or something else which will result in weight lose and sometimes a mistake! So that's why, Cut is a expensive... But, Sometimes full terminated Crystals like these are favoured.
The person selling this Lot was from Panjshir and demanded about $90 per Carat and It's weight was 400 Carat, The crystals in video is not 400 Carat , there were more Crystals with it in smaller sizes....
