Chongqing administrative area is the size of Austria, that doesn't count

Sure for the municipality, the urban area is 22 million people at 1/17 (Rounded) the size of Austria. So about 10x the size of Vienna.

You're a bit mistaken. The urban area is indeed 22 million but the city proper of chongqing has an urban area of 8.5 million, which means that the other 14.5 million in urban areas in chongqing are in separate cities in the region (not called cities because they're in the "city" of chongqing)

Is it on purpose that it requires you to register a Google account to submit the form?
Since I can't participate, let me commit to an answer: 7375a40fa4451a2ac4cb8936f997d42a. If the full list of cities is published, I can check my own answer and also prove that I had this answer in mind before the other answers were published. How does it work? It's a hash value of the city name + some random value so you can't crack my answer, then later I can just publish what input value will match this hash (in a separate message, so the timestamp of the hash message doesn't update). Don't need no google to play along at home :)

Yeah, I didn't want people putting in multiple entries, so I had it require a Google account

I don't think people are contributing to the form. I for one didn't, so it's become more of a thing of mention something before others do, and receive up/downvotes.
