Based on what I've read, Afghanistan would rank pretty high right now..

Eritrea or North Korea. In Eritrea you’ve most likely been drafted to dig trenches to fight the Tigrayans. North Korea is on the precipice of a famine and most likely a bad Covid-19 outbreak.
