What invoice app/software do y’all use and how much do you pay monthly?

Our company uses Service Titan. All the field workers hate it, and I think we pay 250-300 a month for each employee. So my company pays about 4,500 a month for this bullshit that rarely works.

Ive used ST for my old company. I’ve got my license last year and started my own business 7 months ago. I use this app called Invoices. There’s no limit on devices/person. And new Apple m1 computers can run ios apps so I can manage it on my computer too. I usually use my ipad. And it’s 2.99/month. Great thing about it is that they all sync real time.

For computer freelance work Ive used invoices for a few years. Pretty decent. Didnt think about being able to use it on the M1 macs.

I use Jobber. It's $200 a month for up to 30 users, or if you're going at it alone, you can get the single person use for like $30. It's pretty decent and does everything I need for HVAC. I'll post a link below.

When I did residential we used HouseCall Pro, which was alright.

The commercial company I’m with now we have an IT department and everything is programmed in house, which is nice because we can ask for features that would be helpful and they usually get programmed in within a couple of days.

Had ESC at my last job and hated it so much. Company I’m with now uses tech hub and it is absolute garbage. ESC was so much better. The grass is not always greener
