Update on Michigan HCA winner “Brian”. In the 6 months since he died from COVID, despite plenty of Ivermectin, his absolute loon widow is still raging the hospital “murdered” him and is hell bent on making them pay for it, even making a “documentary” about her story. Awarded

Reading her rambling about how the hospital killed her hubs...all I could think was I want to see his chart. I have a feeling the notes from his medical team will show a completely different version of events.

You know, a sane one.

159

u/SeaGroomer Jul 28 '22

I assume she has the authority to release any and all of his medical records at this point, right? So if she was telling the truth, couldn't she supply the documentation to support it? I guess she would just claim they are lying in the official documentation.

68

u/dawno64 Pfizer X3 4u+4me Jul 28 '22

Of course she would. Doesn't fit the narrative otherwise.

25

u/Perigee-Apogee Get the Jabby-Jabby Jul 28 '22

Yes, I was thinking that, too. The chart might not jive with her account.

Multiple organ failure in general, and kidney failure in particular, was a noted consequence of COVID-19 infection long before Remdesivir was given its first EUA.

That said, I guaran-damn-tee about 90% of her conversations with her husband's caregivers wherein they agree with her wackadoodleness are fiction.

297

u/AlienRosie Jul 28 '22

The posts about her conversations with the doctors and the insurance woman who prayed over her read like a bad script to a cheesey movie of the week. "No weapon will be used against" wtf?!? And doctors telling her they'll vent with or without consent, upping his sedation when he started to communicate, etc. She's either delusional or outright lying.

263

u/SuperDoofusParade Jul 28 '22

She also thinks her story is so interesting it should be made into a TV movie 🙄

The “good doctor” is someone on Facebook telling her she’s right and/or cosplaying as a doctor. Multiple doctors and nurses telling her they would give ivermectin but politics are controlling healthcare? Uh huh. The kicker for me was her sob story that she and her husband were going to start a family soon. Lady, if you met at 15 and were together for 25 years, that ship has pretty much sailed.

232

u/savpunk Jul 28 '22

She walks into the hospital CEO office, demanding ivermectin for her husband.... Slowly, the chair behind the desk turns to face her.... It's Fauci stroking a cat.

172

u/SuperDoofusParade Jul 29 '22

“Wh- why are you here?” the plucky heroine stammered, her heart pounding. She tried to straighten to better look The Devil in his eyes.

Those eyes (and those of the cat) were fixed on her, unblinking. “I’m at all the hospitals. It’s my job to keep watch and direct the CEOs.”

She furrowed her brow. “But… how?” It immediately came to her. She had reposted those memes on Facebook but she never really believed them. Dr. Fauci smiled as he watched her realize that clones were real. “Yes,” he said. “My replicas are sitting in every single hospital. Except this one. Because you’re too dangerous.”

And then the original Fauci stood up and started toward her.

That's the part that kills me. Even if even if there were some sinister conspiracy to treat patients in a way that they knew wasn't helpful, the doctors would never say that shit out loud. It would just be begging for a lawsuit.

I kinda hope that she actually does sue them, just so she can blatantly lie under oath, as I'm sure she would, and suffer the consequences for it. I have the impression that this is a person who's accustomed to stretching the truth without consequence.

58

u/AlienRosie Jul 28 '22

Exactly. No healthcare worker is going to do anything to a patient without consent, and they're certainly not going to say anything like that out loud.

If she wasn't disgusting enough I'd say she is racist too. She automatically assumes the sweet black lady is Southern Baptist. Most African Americans in the south are not Southern Baptist as they tend to skew conservatively but I don't want to make gross generalizations like she is so fond of doing. 44

I've yet to meet a southern Baptist from Tennessee who wasn't a racist, so that just illustrates to me how stupid she is. Doesn't mention why husband is checking his pulse ox and uses that to decide to go to the ER, guessing he was more than a little short of breath to do both of those things. Claims the "good dr." "fixed" his oxygen from 62% to 100% overnight with ivermectin and "9x stronger" steroids. That's not how lung damage works, and I don't know what steroid the hospital is hiding that is "9x stronger," but I'm sure she's not going to let little details like pharmacology and physiology get in the way of crafting this little story here. Also, how long is it going to take these lunatics to figure out ivermectin is also made and profited off of big pharma?

Some people are not mentally well, and live in a world of delusions.

Back when my sibling and I were young kids, we finally got a nintendo, but rarely got to use it because our mom claimed it would break the t.v.

Finally one day the picture went out on our janky-ass, old t.v., and she fucking lost it.

Fast forward to the repair man coming out, and when my sibling and I were both in the room she made a point to ask him if the game console was responsible. She thought she had a "gotcha", but he basically told her "no", that was ridiculous, and no different than connecting a vcr to the t.v.

I shit you not, twenty minutes after the repairman left she was on the phone with a friend when I overheard her say "... and he said it was the nintendo that broke the t.v." fml

My mom is the same way. Once she gets an idea in her head she’s convinced she’s right about, ain’t nothing changing her mind about it.

I remember one time I was running my fingernail across a glass tabletop at her house and she told me to stop or I’d scratch it. Even after I told her that, according to Mohs hardness scale, it was physically impossible for me to scratch the glass with my nail, she refused to believe it.

51

And this was all during the Satanic Panic of the '80s to boot. Good times.

Not only is religion not a suitable substitute for mental health, it makes it much, much worse by both covering it up, and by insisting that you don't have a mental health issue but instead are giving into demonic thoughts and need to church more/Jesus harder. 12 step groups do much the same by labeling such things as "stinking thinking", and insisting you need to work the steps harder/go to more meetings.

As far as my sibling goes, we're not very "close", but we are on very good terms and communicate semi-regularly.

Sometimes I comfort myself with the fact that humanity throughout history has gone way more batshit crazy then what we see today. Or at least the same level of crazy. The crusades were a wild time.

Then I get depressed because we live in an age where almost all information is at our fingertips, yet we're still at this level of crazy.

I just finished a book, The Delusions of Crowds, by William Bernstein. It's split between religious and financial mass hysterias, but really just solidified the fact that this isn't new. It's just a new setting with new Boogeymen slapped onto an old narrative. It's a really good book for understanding the psychology of what is going on and has been going on for centuries.

I feel sorry for hospitals and doctors when dealing with the mass of idiots. I had a friend who was a doctor, he was early in treating AIDs. Anyhow, he found that one of his patients developed cancer and gave him the diagnosis. The patient was livid! The doctor started getting weirdly specific death threats that he was sure was from this patient, so much so that he took 3 month off and lived secretly in another city. That patient self treated and died and that's when the death threats stopped. In the patient's mind, the doctor gave him cancer by diagnosing it! That's what they have to deal with. This woman is a complete moron, but 'merica!

"The hospital killed them for profit". 1: each covid patient was 10k. 2: most covid patients that were KILLED BY COVID used WAY more than 10,000 worth of equipment and resources, are you fucking kidding me? The hospitals took a LOSS with covid patients considering that no one can pay those bills anyway. Give me a fucking break

Don’t forget that many hospitals also had to stop elective surgeries due to Covid, and those tend to be what makes money at a hospital.

56

u/SeaGroomer Jul 28 '22

And it should be noted that "elective" surgery generally includes stuff like knee replacements, back surgeries, etc. Tons of stuff that drastically impacts quality-of-life, not cosmetic surgery or something that isn't a big deal to live with.

COVID deniers are actively harming the health of the nation by destroying our hospitals' ability to treat the public.

20

u/StolenRelic I trust my Midi-chlorians Jul 29 '22

I had surgery in Oct 2020. The week before at pre-op, my mom was allowed inside. The day of, my husband was allowed to be with me. Three days (nights) later, as they're loading me into the back of the ambulance at my local hospital to return me to the surgical hospital an hour away, the driver tells my husband not to bother getting there before 7 in the morning. Even then he may not be allowed in the door. They got me back to the ER. I was left strapped to the gurney in the hallway because there was no room. Because of the tubes down my nose and my throat they had to fit two masks over my face. On top of that, they put a face shield. That quickly, everything exploded and went to shit.

I was in pretty bad shape, but nowhere near what it could have been. When I think of all those stroke/heart attack victims that didn't make it because all of the hospitals had to turn them away. Fuck these people.

If her "documentary" names medical professionals, I hope they sue her for every penny she has and then garnish her wages for every remaining moment of her life.

Edit to add: I looked up that rally and it was basically the same thing, Unvaccinated 19 year old woman with Down's syndrome. Parents claim the hospital killed her with covid protocol and then treated her as DNR without their permission. I don't know if she was considered competent or if they had medical power of attorney--but if she had her own rights and wanted a DNR, then they were illegally trying to interfere; and if they had medical power of attorney they basically killed her by not getting her vaccinated. Either way, the parents suck.

But then another doctor came and stopped the ivermectin and his oxygen immediately crashed to 64%. It's because of people like this that hospitals should be allowed to refuse care for anti-vaxers. These people are building their entire identity around refusing to accept exactly the sort of care the hospitals provide, and when they inevitably break down and go to the hospital anyway, they've already shown that they refuse to accept the consequences of their own decisions and are perfectly happy to vilify others without justification.

These sorts of people harass hospital staff and sometimes even threaten their lives, and it is easily avoidable - just make a vaccine a requirement for admission to a hospital in all cases except a doctor-certified medical exemption. You want to go without proven medical treatment? Then go without it.
