28

u/arcadeclan Aug 15 '22

The scary thing is that despite those 7 million votes, only 43,000 votes spread across Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin would have made it go the other way.

-59

u/Mimmernims Aug 15 '22

Im sure you voted for him originally.

45

u/2scared Aug 15 '22

That's a weird take. Have you ever met one of his supporters? They don't admit he has any faults.

24

u/NeptuneFell Aug 15 '22

Nah he's just an edgelord spamming his edge for karma.... well attempting to get karma

16

u/Gamiac Aug 15 '22

spamming his edge

Goddamn anime swordfuckers.

-43

u/Mimmernims Aug 15 '22

I’m not one of them. The problem is any conservative is classified as that. It’s not true. I’m an extremely liberal republican. There is no black and white in this country unfortunately so I and like minded people are a minority.

41

u/Fwamingdwagon84 Aug 15 '22

I’m an extremely liberal republican. Note: post history reveals that any claims of being liberal was a lie. Maybe liberal with their usage of the n word.

19

u/Pikmin371 Team Mix & Match Aug 15 '22

I’m an extremely liberal republican.

I don't think you understand the meaning of the words you're using.

11

u/UnusualIntroduction0 Aug 15 '22

He's probably being cheeky by using liberal in the economic sense. So he's just an even more laissez-faire Republican ala Ted Cruz.

18

u/sexxxy_latin Aug 15 '22

The fact that you choose to be the silent majority is the problem. Everyone that is conservative is very loud about it. The few of you that are extremely liberal, don’t say anything and don’t stand up against radical conservatism. Despite not actively pushing crazy, you are still part of the problem.

Heck, I’d say let’s work together to prove them wrong but all conservatives are hell-bent on “owning the Libs” to the point you stay scared and silent.

11

u/Staff_Struck Aug 15 '22 Take My Energy

An extremely liberal minded Republican is called a Democrat. For decades now the Democratic party has been socially liberal and fiscally conservative, while the republican party has been the opposite.

126

u/icewalker42 Aug 14 '22

u/The_Patriot Aug 14 '22

30

u/November13Charlie Aug 15 '22

39

u/firemogle Aug 15 '22

Naw man, COVID just high fived the syphilis on its way through.

15

u/RpcZ_gr7711 Aug 15 '22

Hmm. Is orange skin a side effect of neurosyphilis?

9

u/NoirGamester Aug 15 '22 edited Aug 15 '22

Side effect of epidermisyphilis, where there has only been one case. It was initially believed to be due to the level of carrots the patient consumed, however after further examination, it was determined that the patient had in fact not been consuming carrots, but Russian amphetamines along with tanning lotion. Scientists are still attempting to determine how either contributed to the syphilis

2

u/Last_Seeker Let's get Prayer-chan going! 🙏🏻 Aug 15 '22

That's because he's been chugging the tanning lotion and spreading the amphetamines on his skin.

64

u/The_Patriot Aug 15 '22

guess it is kinda good for America that HE told HIS PEOPLE in those states not to wear a mask and not to get vaccinated and that the whole pandemic was a hoax.

How many of the 1 million dead Americans do you think HE is PERSONALLY responsible for?

50

u/quizno Aug 15 '22

700k or so. It could have gone so much better than it did if he literally just did nothing and let the professionals handle it.

700,000 people. That's so many people your pea brain probably couldn't even visualize them in one place. All gone. Lives wiped away because they believed in the little oompa loompa man. Fuck anyone who tries to defend him.

-29

u/Mimmernims Aug 15 '22

But what about the life saving masks?

18

u/NeptuneFell Aug 15 '22

Plz tell me yur joking/being edgy

11

u/OpineLupine Aug 15 '22

Masks work. Vaccines work. 🤷‍♂️

-25

u/Mimmernims Aug 15 '22

Had all 700000 people just listened to you we’d be good right.

14

u/NeptuneFell Aug 15 '22

That would be like having a business and after you're told you need a professional electrician you instead wanna do it yourself so your business doesnt fall under someone else machinations.... and then burn the place down and defend your actions by claiming you should have every right, oh and still get the insurance money.

That is a more fair compare dude

11

u/OpineLupine Aug 15 '22

I do own a business, and we survived the pandemic and the lockdown in spite of Trump. Had he come out and strongly recommended that everyone mask up, then subsequently get vaccinated - that all Americans take COVID seriously as our patriotic duty - not only would America’s economy be in better shape, but the QNut movement would have never taken hold, thousands of small businesses would still be in business, and Trump would likely still be President.

Instead your boy politicized the pandemic, preyed upon people’s fears, is single handedly responsible for the deaths of all the unvaccinated GQP idiots, helped legitimize fringe conspiracy theories, and lost his re-election by 7+ million votes.

5

u/erdie721 Aug 15 '22

Lots of businesses fail for reasons outside their control. None are worth 700k lives, which is roughly the population of Vermont or Wyoming.

27

u/solonit Aug 15 '22

Someone showed a static that some rural areas that should favoured him, was decimated because his followers literally died and couldn't vote. It's still not the sole reason but it helps.

6

u/whensmytime Aug 15 '22

And if he did tell the people to wear a mask and social distance when this started, he would have won popular and the election. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

5

u/The_Patriot Aug 15 '22

if he did tell the people to wear a mask and social distance when this started, he would have won popular and the election

nope, still be the twice impeached loser with the FBI in his basement.

9

u/whensmytime Aug 15 '22

Not denying that fact, but if he was pro mask and vaccine, it wouldn’t have started this movement. You got people in Canada wearing 1776 shirts. Q is in every country and wouldn’t exist if he would have just been a normal person.

15

u/Glittering-Cellist34 Aug 15 '22

Which is why the Electoral College is an anachronism.

11

u/justcrazytalk Aug 15 '22

15

u/TheSodomeister Aug 15 '22

I'd imagine "winning" an election after getting 3 million votes less than your competition can give a person some confidence.

4

u/IngloriousMustards Aug 15 '22

I don’t think you can establish a causal link here because the effect was present long before the claimed cause.

3

u/oddiseeus Aug 15 '22

His followers are continuing to suffer from long-convid.

6

u/FederaIGovernment Aug 15 '22

It's confirmed that his variant spread to a select amount of people with pre-existing conditions.

2

u/ArtakhaPrime Aug 15 '22

Can't blame him really, he already won before despite having 3 million fewer votes

2

u/Hisgoatness Aug 15 '22

TO BE FAIR you can still lose the popular vote and still become president.

Obviously that wasn't the case past presidential election.

2

The most brain damaged. People are saying it. Nobody more brain damaged than him.

8

u/thegame2010 Aug 15 '22

Didn't he lose by 74 electoral college votes? Just saying, this is a representative republic, not a democracy.

7

u/BeenAsleepTooLong Aug 15 '22

That's still a democracy, just not a direct democracy.

42

u/Perigee-Apogee Get the Jabby-Jabby Aug 15 '22

Oops. I didn't express myself clearly. Yes, he lost. But what I meant was, he knew full well that he had lost, but lied in order to keep the presidency. This was not brain damage. He was in full possession of his faculties and is therefore fully culpable.

However, the sign was humorous. Thanks for the laugh. :)

15

u/goj1ra Aug 15 '22

lied in order to keep the presidency.

It seems like you'd need a rather compromised cognitive ability to try to do this in the USA.

8

u/MicksysPCGaming Aug 15 '22

If I had to pick a country to do it in, I know which one I'd choose.

3

u/NeptuneFell Aug 15 '22

One with a dictator who just happens to keep getting elected repeatedly? wink

3

u/XenophonSoulis Aug 15 '22

Which of them? I can think of at least three off the top of my mind.

like i appreciate the sentiment but that is the most fucking boomer delivery ever

-55

u/PsychologicalGain298 Aug 15 '22 edited Aug 15 '22

Depending on who you believe this could go both ways.

45

u/goj1ra Aug 15 '22

If you're trying to say it could also be Biden, he didn't get Covid until about a year and a half after taking office. But it would be totally on brand for his supporters to believe the OP is about him - they're not exactly what you'd call informed voters.

-15

u/PsychologicalGain298 Aug 15 '22

That's all I'm saying. Trumpers think Don won by 7 million or whatever. They'll be sharing the same pic.

3

u/Soddington Aug 15 '22

...Trumpers think...

If only.

29

u/The_Patriot Aug 15 '22

You'd have to be pretty brain damaged NOT to know exactly who the poster is about.

16

u/UnweildyEulerDiagram Aug 15 '22

Do we think that the MAGA crowd isn't brain damaged enough to believe Biden lost? Because I'm pretty sure that's what they actually believe.

8

u/The_Patriot Aug 15 '22

MAGA crowd

how many of them do you suppose are browsing this sub on shitpost sunday?

6

u/UnweildyEulerDiagram Aug 15 '22

Based on the mail call threads, it could be a nonzero number.

And we've had plenty of nominees who shared memes which, on close reading, meant the opposite of what they likely thought it meant.

Although, this one is text with no pictures, so I wouldn't give good odds on them unironically sharing it.

2

u/NeptuneFell Aug 15 '22

Lol omg he was making a joke.

2

u/Fart_in_your_mouth69 Aug 15 '22

I'd say it failed horribly from the start.

-8

u/PsychologicalGain298 Aug 15 '22

Jesus that was my point.

-12

u/lyvanna Aug 15 '22

Why'd you Photoshop out the awkwardly sharper on 'Joe Biden'? That was the best part.

12

u/SpikedBladeRunner Aug 15 '22

Trump lost. Get over it.

3

u/lyvanna Aug 15 '22

What? I thought it was funny that someone was delusional enough to put it there

20

Who got Covid well into his presidency? Huh

-40

-26

u/Mimmernims Aug 15 '22

Wouldn’t it be crazy if someone posted a pic of some radical left propaganda and it got a shit load of votes. All because those people were mad school clothes and supplies weren’t provided by the state.

16

u/[deleted] Aug 15 '22

"Radical left propaganda"

6

u/DarthLift Aug 15 '22

To bad facts disproved it.

-29

u/CarpetOutrageous2823 Aug 15 '22

And the guy who supposedly got 81 million votes doesn't even know what day it is.

5

0

u/CarpetOutrageous2823 Aug 15 '22

I'll take dangerous freedom. If you're not from the US you wouldn't understand.

-26

u/tkm7n Aug 15 '22

That says more about the US presidential election process. It is more similar to China and Cuba than everybody else.

8

u/NeptuneFell Aug 15 '22

You're really ignoring all the governments that are between the USA and either of those. Oof

6

u/Repulsive-Street-307 Aug 15 '22 edited Aug 15 '22

Most electoral systems are more democratic than the USA, by design, both because it was one of the first in the modern era and because the wannabe or actual aristrocrats that built it really wanted their own fiefs with the few exceptions from the people that saw the shit coming (and didn't want it).

-6

u/tkm7n Aug 15 '22 edited Aug 15 '22

It is hard to name a country in the Western world that doesn't use popular vote instead of electoral.

-23

u/roadblok95 Aug 15 '22

The sad thing is I don't know which one you're talking about.

-19

u/spoilingattack Aug 15 '22

That’s not how elections work. It’s not winner take all. It’s the electoral college.

16

u/The_Patriot Aug 15 '22

we all know that. he lost that way, too.
