And apparently, saying no to peer pressure and thinking for yourself applies only to drugs. You try to "think for yourself" in a crowd of redhat science deniers, prepare to find yourself friendless and the target of death and/or rape threats.

Peer pressure is seen as something you must say yes to, if you want a social circle. Especially by the MAGA types.
