the holomyths as RPG characters:
Ame: party buffer; casts time magic like hastes, slows; and normal attack is a gun; special attacks is throwing syringes to inject watson concoction which adds random status effects to the target.
Kiara: classic fire mage attacker; casts fire magic; normal attack is sword with fire attribute; special attack is turning into a phoenix bird, and undying (aka, respawn after dying with an automatic phoenix down)
gura: physical attacker with trident; casts water magic; normal attack is throwing trident; special attack is to call upon the power of atlantis and get sharks to attack
calli: a physical attacker with scythe; casts death magic (ticks down to death), and casts HP removal magic; normal attack is a scythe but it causes bleeding when hits; special attack is to reap the soul of enemies (instant death)
ina: a tentacle physical attacker; casts sanity magic - confusion, status effects like poison; normal attack is bashing with tentacle; special attack is to call upon the ancient one, and swallow the target whole...

Yeah, a Vaal Hazak from Monster Hunter. Basically a giant perpetually rotting dragon.

Cen we guess that Gura may be even the concept of water and Kiara the concept of fire. Ina is well the ancient gods (beings from another universe) priestess. And Ame is a time travelling rebel. A human that stole the clock of time from the concept of Time. Calli doesn’t really need power up. Embodiment of death and stuff.
