Why is My Vehicle Registration 266 Dollars?
Isn't it only like fifty bucks in other states? I'm negative 70 dollars in my bank account working 40 hours a week. I don't think I can afford to pay 266 dollars. If I can't afford it, does that mean I have to stop driving my car, because I need that to get to work every day.

It depends. I spent a year with no data plan on my phone (2019) and it really wasn't that bad. You learn to use the data where you can use it and spend less time on your phone altogether as a side effect. This is assuming there is wifi at home. There are very many places that have free wifi on the go. Most people don't actually need both, while it is nice to have! You still get GPS and can use maps and see your location, you can even download Google maps and have it recalculate your route if you make a wrong turn. You can still call and send texts. You can find out the information you need before you go places. It is absolutely possible to go without, it just takes some getting used to. It was not that long ago when people did not just carry the internet in their pocket all the time.
