LPT: When completing an online job application, select the "decline to answer" choice for all demographic questions. Careers & Work

Information about your gender, disability status, ethnicity,, may not be used to your disadvantage, but withholding it guarantees that it won't. If everyone followed this advice, maybe they'd stop asking!

This info is usually included in the giant wall of text before you check these boxes but let’s be real, no one reads that they just scroll to the bottom as fast as they can
