The father has been pressured for years and hasn't budged. Until I see something tangible I consider this to be simply smoke designed actually to get people who didn't read the details to say "what a relief!" and not think as much about it anymore. So it may have the opposite effect of what you are suggesting.

I get what you’re saying but this man has been stealing from his daughter and doing everything in his power to make her life miserable for the last how many years?
He has no conscience. No guilt. If he can live with himself after what he’s done to his daughter, the public’s opinion of him is the last thing he’s concerned about, especially when he’s making millions.
