I was offered a job by an escort company once when I was younger. Naïve me (M around 19-20 I think - been a long time) thought 'Sure, I can go on some dinner dates and parties to help some people out'. No link in my mind between what I thought of as escort service and prostitution. My girlfriend at the time and another friend at the table just said "NOOOoooo.. You're not doing that."
