Yeah, it’s more prevalent in Germany and other areas where brothels are legal, regulated, & inexpensive.

I don’t know what their answer could be but if I had to guess I’d say the chances of STDs warrants it to be slightly more important.

It's a good guess but doesn't Germany have socialised healthcare? They're not going to bankrupt you if you catch something. And I assume the regulation of the sex industry would include STD testing and free condoms etc so it would be pretty safe already.

But what else could it be? It's hardly their car insurance.
