Personal Win 3 months ago the doc told me I had a 50/50 chance of being able to walk on my own after breaking both legs and here I am today able to stand and shuffle around unaided on my own. It’s only the very beginning of actually doing it for real but I am beating the crap outta that 50/50 nonsense.

Personal Win I gained 65 lbs trying to cope with being depressed about being in a 4 year bad relationship and reached 210lbs. Well I left about 2 months ago and I started working out 6 days a week. I’m back in the 170s as of last night and I’m just so happy!

Personal Win I have high anxiety about a lot of things but mainly my legs. I hate my legs and never had the courage to wear leggings around anyone including my husband and kids even in my home. Well today was the day I said screw it and finally went out running errands wearing leggings!! Take that anxiety!!
