Performance vs. Long Range

Right now if I order a LR, the estimate delivery time is January, but for Performance the delivery time is ~6-8 weeks, so I am somewhat tempted by the Performance since I kinda need a SUV.

I personally hate the wheels on the Performance, and I read that the ride quality is quite compromised. Is there any way I can ask Tesla to not give me the terrible wheels/rim size I don't want? I'd much rather have smaller wheels than worse ride quality. If I want bad ride quality, I have a sports car already.

See I love the look of the wheels on the P, read that the ride is harsh, and when I tested a Y it had those black rims, but I need third row seating so I’m waiting and going with the stock base wheels.

I don't believe the 7 seater option is available on the Performance anyway.

Yeah, and I wasn't looking for it actually. The space is already pretty tight inside given that it's a "SUV" or whatever these things are called these days...
