Indie Games are the only ones you shouldn't pirate, bad game or not, you'd literally be doing more damage to their pockets than you could to a huge company like Nintendo.

I grew up on game rentals and demos. Neither is possible these days, so I pirate everything. If it's good I end up buying it, but if it sucks that's too bad for the dev, indie or AAA. I'm not going to buy a shit game no matter who makes it. That being said, my expectations for indies is lower so I am much more likely to support them.

You don't have to buy bad games developed by indie devs, you can either wait for a price drop or don't even bother.

Same here... and trading floppy disks with friends before that. I'm always going to pirate first. Between two kids and multiple consoles I'm spending enough that if I needed to feel justified, which I don't, I would. 🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️

But my favorite games are on steam. If they became independent I would 100% not use steam but there's no other choice.

Torrents have to have seeders to download properly. It's possible nobody is seeding them
