Emergency Interview Help Learning Resources

2nd round Data PM interview just got bumped to 2pm today instead of late next week and I am grossly unprepared. Interview itself is supposed to be a "basic product case study". I was going to spend the majority of the weekend and early week studying up, but now I only have a few hours. What should I focus on? Is there anything I should absolutely know?

I have brief PM experience (I was the product guy at a company I co-founded, among a gazillion other positions), so I'm not completely product illiterate. I've just never gone through the PM interview process and never done a product case study before. Any help is greatly appreciated!

agreed, its just one of the stakeholders is going to be OOO for 2 weeks and if I'm being honest I can't wait that long.

fair, maybe read up on CIRCLES and have the format in front of you while you are interviewing. Its the most common framework for answering product design qs. It’ll be messy since youve never practiced it but it might be helpful

agree - have a bunch of metrics pulled up. Maybe watch a youtube video to see an example structure.
