Plus the over exaggerated head nodding and snickers from the bump-it brigade.

That was some next level head nodding. It looked like it was satire…

The nodding and smiling was particularly cringy. I really wish someone could just hand out a piece of paper asking these people to summarize each of these things. I really want to know what conservatives think the Constitution is, especially since they seem to think it stops anyone from being able to ask them to wear a mask. They seem to worship it, but I have no idea what they think it actually is. I'm particularly confused that she seems to think the Bible guarantees her rights.

It’s what happens when someone who is secretly deeply, deeply insecure about a certain ā€œbeliefā€ (or, opinion, in this case, though they will pass it off as belief) encounters validation for said ā€œbeliefā€, but the source of said validation is still weak at best. She’s literally so (unconsciously) desperate to shore up her house-of-cards world view that any sort of positive echo in the void is devoured.

I thought they were doing that sarcastically then they cheer and I thought, fuck I hope that’s a sarcastic cheer.

That made me sad. At first I thought the lady was nodding because it was when she said "you think you have the authority to mandate this" as in "yes. Yes they do have the authority."

I'm trying to understand why the bump it brigade was cheering, weren't they laughing at her?

The giant nods are always a red flag for morons
