I (m, 25) made out with my cousin (???, 16) at a family reunion once. I heard that if you make out with someone in the family, you can't get incest because OUT is the opposite of IN. Therefore making out =/= incest. That would be outcest, which is some stupid French shit from Cousin-Fuckin'-Louisianna.
