Misleading Purchased this troy pound and only got 12 actual ounces. Isn't a troy pound, just over 13 oz.? What I got. $10 fv quarters and $4 fv dimes. Seller said, I got what I ordered, but offered to send another 5 dimes, but that's not even close. Seller has a bunch of sales and 100% feedback.

Misleading Coin Shops / Pawn Shop's turning me down to pay premium for My 1996 Silver Eagles? Going for $55 on Ebay, I have like 100 mostly BU...
