Yeah for being fast food KFC punches above its weight. Chicken holds pretty well, and so do the sides.

It doesn’t have that terrible feel that McDonald’s does.

My issue with KFC is the kitchen at the one by me always looks sketchy. The last time I went there there was about 4 inches of water covering the entire floor. I think they were doing some odd soak/clean process, but it just didn’t look healthy.

Where are the good KFC’s to visit?

They weren't and it isn't.

It was probably sewage water that had backed up because numnutz is throwing old grease and oil down the drain rather than carry it out to the grease bin. As previously a restaurant manager, talking to plumbers, they all emphasized making sure people aren't dumping grease and oil down the drain for this reason.

Honestly that makes more sense.

Honestly I only really get it on road trips to visit in laws in Chicago. Most small town fast food places are pretty put together.

I will say that the one on page in overland was good 5-6 years back but can’t speak to now.

The one in Litchfield 50 something miles out of St. Louis on 55 in Illinois has a buffet! Just perfect distance to eat, finish your drive and then get out of bringing in the luggage because you are about to have explosive diarrhea.

4 inches is the height of literally 0.06 'Samsung Side by Side; Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel Refrigerators' stacked on top of each other
