Parking in the Parent & Child bays to take my son to the shops and watching an Audi TT, a Taxi driver and a Middle aged woman with a Daschund & no kids park around me and walk off.

Entitlement & disrespect is ruining society.

I need a cup of tea.

I often think this would be a good thing to do to these wankers when I park, legally I might add, in a disabled parking spot with offenders taking wrongfully taking spaces. Would it constitute criminal damage in the UK?

Yes it is illegal in the UK to deflate someone’s tyres and counted as criminal damage.
