Use of public parks property by Amazon CHI Talks

There was a tweet that said the leases are $25/month/location. Which is insanely low if that's accurate. How much money is this bringing in was my first question. I'd love to find a definitive answer.

I heard the leases were low but there's no way that they are letting a private company take up public space without getting some other indirect compensation.
