Can anyone fix this photo so that the cutout heart is removed? Dad was not supposed to cut the original photo... RESTORATION REQUEST

What tools did you use on this one? I ran into an restorative issue like this across hair and I spent about an hour or so on just the clone stamp tool trying to bring texture back to the healing brush tool’s line
