Affordable options for 33-year-old?

I am 33 years old and I have absolutely no clothes (all of my clothes unfortunately were lost in my move this past winter) and I'd like to start over and buy some proper cute clothing.. also I have no idea where to start on where to look so I'd like to hear some feedback on what's affordable and also fashionable? websites/store and preferably places that have plus size clothes such as size 16-18 Much love 😘 Thank you in advance 💜

Also Mercari! I love the mercari app layout a lot more than poshmark and depop tbh (less clutter) and they’ve got great stuff too.
