What do you do that you earn six figures?

It seems like a lot of people make a lot of money and it seems like I’m missing out on something. So those of you that do, whats your occupation that pays so well?

I just broke 200k total comp with 2 years of experience. My parents aren’t American and I don’t even think they believe me. The field is stupid lucrative right now.

Are you in a specialized industry and/or live in an area with an insanely high COL like Silicon Valley? Seems a bit high for such low experience, unless a big part of that comp is stock options in one of those Big Tech companies.

I live in silicon valley, my base is 155k rest is RSU. It's not specialized.
