It's not practical for everyone, but if you can find a good source of cheap, surplus MREs they're are perfect for this. You can reheat them with no appliances and they're designed for people who may only be able to eat a meal a day in the field. And if you've never had to eat nothing but MREs for months on end, they don't taste half bad.

Prepare your anus, though.
