Few examples I can think of.

  1. China using Pandas as a diplomatic tool to signal friendship.

  2. India trying to use Yoga as an instrument of soft power.

  3. Privatized cyberwarfare services for friendly nation states in Israel.

  4. Using its religious status as a neutral negotiation communicator - Vatican.

  5. Japan uses its status as the only nation to be victims of nuclear weapons to position itself at the forefront of disarmament diplomacy.

  6. Saudi Arabia using its control over Mecca and Medina to exert influence over the Islamic World.

Is the panda diplomacy a real legit thing though? How often have they done it?

Portugal - Sucking whatever EU dictates so we get more money, and devaluing our passport by giving nationality to anyone who passes by.
