As a beginner golfer, should is the club lie angle an important factor to consider ?
I started playing golf "seriously" last year. Got myself an old set of irons just to see if I'd like it, and now I can't get enough of it.
I was planning to get a good set of more or so recent irons. I'm a tall guy, around 6'3", so I'm interested in having clubs that will fit me. But being a beginner still, I'm wondering if I'm thinking about it too much. I see a bunch of really cool iron sets that are perfectly in my price range. I'm sold on PING too, so I'm really wondering about their color chart.
But, I suck. Should I just get a set of regular angled clubs (black dots or something), and then add extensions (if necessary) ?
What do you think ?
