Just found this iPad mini I forgot about when I moved, but won’t go past this screen? What do you think could be wrong with it? Dont mind the dirty screen I found it behind my dresser

Okay wait I remember now what happened to it. It turned on but won’t let me connect to the internet. Not sure why
